• Do I have to be an established business to attend?

    No, these events are suitable for people at all stages of their business journey. We also welcome people thinking about starting a business. In our experience, the sooner you start to consider your own wellbeing as part of your business plan, the better base you have for personal and business sustainability and growth.

  • Are all the events aimed at business owners?

    Some of our events are aimed at a consumer audience but they are planned with the duel aim of offering a fantastic customer experience alongside the chance for business owners to explore new ideas and markets in partnership with one another.

  • Where are the events located?

    Our events take place at a variety of venues predominantly across the North-West of England. We really love meeting up with people face-to-face, so although we may occasionally explore online sessions, where possible we run in person events at accessible, friendly venues.

  • Do I need to bring anything with me?

    You will receive an email after booking that tells you what you need to take with you for the event you have chosen. We actively encourage comfortable clothing and footwear, and we particularly enjoy a good pair of fluffy socks. The aim is for you to be you, so feel free to style it out however you see fit!

  • Can I book an event for my entire team or staff?

    Absolutely!

    We’d encourage you to get in touch though and let us create something tailor made for you and your business. That way we can tackle any specific issue or topic you feel would benefit your organisation and the people you work with. We are happy to travel outside of our typical geographic location, but there would be additional costs to this.

  • What is your refund policy if I can’t attend an event I have booked?

    All bookings are final and non-refundable unless cancelled by The Thrive Place.

    You can find more on this in our terms and conditions document. If you need to cancel we may be able to transfer you to another like for like event (with advance notice and at our discretion), but please be aware this will depend on availability.
